With our activities, we contribute to the improvement and renewal of environmental protection resources. We combine modern technology based on reliable research carried out in renowned research centers. We carry out projects related to the construction of oxygen tree plantations, which help to clarify the air we breathe. Also, we install water-from-air generators. Calculations

ONE ADULT PAULOWNIA TREE absorbs 55 kg of CO2 per year. We plant 625 trees per 1 ha, which allows us to absorb 34.4 TONS of CO2 per year.

NordMax21®

NordMax21® = 150 kg x 3,67 x 625 drzew = 344062,5 kg = 344 do : 10 = 34,4 do CO² per year.
Note: a "normal" mixed forest aged 80 to 100 years, allows you to accumulate 6-10 CO² per year.
Oak = 750 kg/m³ Half = 375 kg x 3,67 = 1376,25 kg per tree
Beech = 550 kg/m³ Half = 275 kg x 3,67 = 1009,25 kg per tree
Oak and beech whose CO² value per tree is obviously higher than that of paulownia, but how many decades does it take for a beech or oak to produce one cubic metre of wood? 10 times more!

    If your company contributes to the increase of CO2 emissions by its activities, you can reduce the resulting carbon footprint by OFFSETTING. To this end, we create plantations of oxygen trees that produce ten times more oxygen than our native trees and thus bind many times more CO2 from the atmosphere.

Oxygen Tree Plantations

We propose to Individual Investors, Commercial Investors (Industry), Local Governments of JST to implement a Business Model consisting in establishing an Oxygen Tree Plantation, which in 4 cycles of 6 years will generate income from cutting down trees for industrial use in various industries. We guarantee a return of 100% of the initial contribution after 6 years from the establishment of the plantation with an additional bonus of 60% of the initial contribution.

In the following years, i.e.:
- after 12 years, another financial bonus of 60% calculated on the initial contribution,
- after 18 years, another financial bonus of 60% calculated on the initial contribution,
- after 24 years, another financial bonus of 60% calculated on the initial contribution,

By investing in PPDT, e.g. PLN 1,000,000.00, after 24 years you receive PLN 2,400,000.00 profit.
The guarantee of success is the PZU Policy covering the value of the return of 100% of the initial contribution with a 60% bonus.
In the following years, the PZU Policy secures the next indicated financial bonuses.

We provide comprehensive PPDT service throughout the years:

- soil sampling throughout all years of the PPDT period,
- appropriate fertilization in accordance with the seedling manufacturer's guidelines,
- autonomous irrigation system thanks to AIR WATER GENERATORS,
- professional protection and scientific assistance from our cooperating Experts,
- constant care of the plantation, i.e. pruning, fertilization, weeding, etc.,
- constant monitoring of the Plantation with the possibility of checking the condition by the Investor,
- fencing of the Plantation with lighting.
